JCCM is hiring part-time assistant managers to operate the Emergency Cold-Weather Shelter from November through March. Work will begin in September 2022 and continue through the first week in April 2023 for end of season activities. Shift work will be required, and specific schedules will be worked out when the full team has been assembled. We are looking for individuals with experience in resolving/de-escalating conflicts and who are good and effective listeners. Experience working in a shelter setting is desirable.
