JCCM welcomes your support through donations of food, clothing, funds and such other things that become necessary from time to time. We appreciate all donations, most especially the time and talents of volunteers.
JCCM is supported by county churches who pledge to provide financial support, food, clothing, volunteers, prayers, and to promote our work and needs within their congregations. We also receive growing support from private individuals, civic organizations, businesses and government agencies and also through the Combined Federal Campaign (#62436). All individuals, businesses, community organizations, clubs and congregations are invited to support Jefferson County Community Ministries.
Volunteer at JCCM
We are looking for people with a heart for service, a willingness to meet their neighbors in need with unconditional acceptance, and an ability to listen to both what is said and what is not said.
There are many ways to volunteer depending on one’s time, talents, and passions. Check out some of our many volunteer opportunities.
Be the change you want to see in the world
The greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches, but reveal to him his own.
What volunteers bring is the human touch, the individual, caring approach that no government program, however well-meaning and well-executed, can deliver.
