JCCM partners with WVU Medicine and Shenandoah Community Health to provide our clients with medical help and clinical services. Services are conducted at JCCM, but arrangements can also be made to visit clients wherever they are living, if necessary. Our doctors provide routine care such as blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring, wellness checks, referrals to specialists, and much more.
