Bethany Troxel

Intake Coordinator

Bethany serves as the Intake Coordinator at JCCM, acting as one of the first friendly faces clients see when we work with them. She began her work with the organization as an intake volunteer, transitioning to the role of staff member in 2020 upon demonstration of her noticeable talent and passion for the job. Bethany is a personable person, helping her resonate with clients on a level where they feel understood and cared for. She and her husband have two children and have called Charles Town their home since 2010, now considering it their hometown.
