Annette Jones

Case Manager

Annette is a Case Manager at JCCM where she engages with our clients and develops solutions for them based on their individual needs and stories. She is a Jefferson County native and has lived in the county most of her life, except for living in Washington, D.C. with her mother for a few years while her father was in the U.S. Army. She holds certifications from Valley College in Medical Billing and Coding. Annette worked for The Catholic University of America for 20 years as an Administrative Assistant supporting the BSW and MSW programs. From there, she accepted a position with WVU Medicine and held various roles with the organization over a span of 20 years. During her time in D.C., Annette’s desire to help those in need was inspired by the situations and people she encountered in the city. Determined to join an effort for change, Annette found JCCM and worked as a volunteer during her first year with our organization. She shortly progressed to her Case Manager role, where she feels fulfilled by the meaningful work she does for the community. In her spare time, Annette enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, her other family, the company of good friends, and reading her favorite books.
